TOPTIER is a paid list. There is no algorithm, no editor, and no application. You pay, you get a rank, and the rank is the amount you paid. Someone who pays more goes above you. That is the entire product.
How ranking works
- Amounts are whole US dollars. The minimum is $5, the maximum is $999,999.
- Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top price. Passing any other spot costs at least $1 more than the amount sitting there.
- Paying less than the top price still puts you on the list, at whatever position that amount reaches.
- Matching does not pass anyone. If you match someone exactly, they stay above you. Whoever got there first holds the higher place.
- Going higher on your own listing only costs the difference. Enter the same handle again and pay the gap between your current total and your new one. Everything you have already paid still counts, and nobody can take your spot by paying only that difference. They have to beat your total.
- Today ranks spots claimed in the last 24 hours. Every claim holds there for a day and then drops off, while still counting toward your all-time place. One claim, two lists.
- Every category has its own #1. The same payment places you on the main list, on Today, and in your category.
What you can list
- An Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube profile that you own or are authorized to represent.
- One listing per profile. We normalize handles and strip tracking parameters, so the same profile cannot occupy two spots.
- You supply your own photo, short pitch, and up to three images. We do not pull them from your account.
What you cannot list
- Sexual or adult content, or accounts whose main purpose is promoting it.
- Accounts you do not own or represent. Listing someone else's profile is not allowed.
- Chat, invite, or group links, this is a list of creators, not group chats.
- Scams, phishing, malware, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal where you are.
- Offers that need a license you do not hold, financial, medical, gambling, and similar.
- Link shorteners or redirects used to disguise where a profile actually goes.
What a payment buys, and what it does not
A payment buys a rank on this list, at whatever position that amount reaches when the payment clears. That is all it buys.
- It does not buy traffic, clicks, followers, brand deals, revenue, or any result. We show click counts because they are useful, not as a promise.
- It does not buy exclusivity, or a guaranteed length of time at any position.
- It is not an endorsement. Being on this list is not our opinion of anyone, we do not evaluate quality, audience, or claims.
After you pay
- Every listing is reviewed by a person before it appears. Review is usually quick. If a listing is rejected for breaking these rules, we refund it.
- Otherwise, payments are final and non-refundable. Having your spot taken, dropping off Today after 24 hours, or getting fewer clicks than you hoped are all normal outcomes, not grounds for a refund.
- We email you when someone passes you, so you can decide whether to take your spot back. You can turn those emails off at any time.
- We can remove a listing that breaks these rules or creates legal or security risk. If we remove one for a reason that is not your fault, we refund it.
Getting a listing removed
If someone listed your profile without permission, or a listing infringes your rights, email hello@toptier.lol with the listing link and what is wrong. We will take it down while we look into it.
